2023 Orange County Great Strides

The annual Orange County Great Strides fundraiser aims to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's ongoing research efforts to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic disease impacting thousands of individuals worldwide.

The walk commenced at Huntington Beach State Park on May 20th, starting at 10:00 AM, with a check-in scheduled for 8:30 AM. The event's primary objective is to raise awareness about Cystic Fibrosis and demonstrate solidarity with those affected by the disease. Participants engaged in a 5k walk, emphasizing the importance of supporting individuals battling Cystic Fibrosis.

Enterprise Security actively contributes to the cause, with team members Nancy and Casey participating in the 5k walk. Nancy assumed the role of team captain, responsible for addressing any inquiries or concerns. The organization strongly encourages all team members to join the walk and contribute to the cause by making individual donations or donating on behalf of someone already participating. Team Enterprise Security raised over $2600 in donations.

Participation in the event was facilitated through sign-ups on the Great Strides website, where interested individuals could join the Enterprise Security Team. Even for those unable to participate in the walk, the opportunity to make a difference remained accessible through monetary donations. Every contribution mattered as funds raised would directly support critical research endeavors toward finding a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.

By uniting in support of this cause, the event sought to make a tangible impact on the lives of those affected by Cystic Fibrosis. The collective efforts of Enterprise Security and the wider community aimed to advance ongoing research initiatives and ultimately bring about a cure for this devastating disease.

Let's Make a Difference Together: With your support, we can advance the cystic fibrosis agenda and meaningfully impact the lives of individuals and families affected by CF. Join us in our mission to fund research, raise awareness, and ultimately find a cure.
